1. What does the term corporate housing or corporate apartment mean?
Answer Over the years, corporate housing, temporary housing, furnished suites and corporate apartments are all terms that have come to refer to the same thing. When traveling for a week or longer, corporate housing offers a better alternative to individuals or families who desire accommodations and amenities similar to those found in a home environment.
2. What does our corporate apartment offer that a hotel can not?
Answer Unlike hotels, our corporate apartments are ideally suited for longer stays, and feature amenities not found in hotels including a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and a dryer.
3. Do you accept pets?
Answer We do accept small pets, up to 25 lbs., with a refundable pet deposit, on a case by case basis.
4. Are the apartments nonsmoking?
Answer Yes. Smoking is only permitted outside the building.
5. What is your policy on deposits?
Answer For month to month leases, we do not retain a security deposit, however, we request a refundable holding deposit of $150 to reserve the apartment for you. If you need to cancel your reservation more than 72 hours prior, you will be refunded $50 of the fee. Upon move in, your deposit is credited toward your rent. If you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours from your move in date, the deposit is forfeited. We also require a cleaning deposit if you choose not to have housekeeping.
6. What is included in my rent?
Answer You have many of the comforts of home in your corporate apartment. We pay all utilities as well as provide you with wireless internet and cable TV. In the main living area, we provide a DVD/VCR player for your entertainment. When you arrive, we even make sure you have dish soap and laundry soap so you can unpack your clothes and start living!
7. What about housekeeping?
Answer We respect the privacy of our tenants, so we offer the option of a housekeeper to come as often as you like for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.
